Job Description
. Identify and solve issues within multiple components of critical business systems
. Monitor the systems current state using different monitoring tools and report issues by following the defined escalation process
. Perform reports generation and analysis of reports
. Send incident communications
.Ticket triaging and ticket management
Qualifications
. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or other relevant fields. Undergraduates with language proficiency are welcome to apply . Fluent in Spanish language . Strong and effective written and oral English communication skills . With experience in application support, incident ticket triaging and management . Experience in analysis, troubleshooting, problem solving and project management . Willing to work on holidays, weekends, shifting schedules and extended working hours
