Enshored is seeking an outstanding Sourcing Specialist who will make the Enshored employer of choice and to support our recruiting team and help us place qualified candidates faster.
Duties and Responsibilities
Manage various recruitment tools, including relevant social media profiles to source candidatesWould handle sourcing channels such as Employee Referral, Applicant Referral, Job Portals and other external branding activities.Utilizing a variety of sources in line with the client's branding and social media policies with a focus on direct sourced (passive) candidates.Phone/Initial Screening and scheduling of applicantsResponsible for being the first point of contact for candidates, delivering exceptional candidate care and ensuring that candidates are effectively pre-screened before inclusion into the recruitment processQualifying candidates for skill, cultural, and motivational fit, utilizing behavioral based approach and screening criteria defined by the client.Deliver quality candidates to Operations and Support Team.Identify future hiring needs and proactively source potential hiresReal-time updating of databases, tools, trackers, and system/process documentationsCreate and maintain reports/trackers that would be useful in evaluating and updating our data that revolves around the ATSEvaluate and measure the effectiveness of existing sourcing channels, industry partners, and vendors
In addition, other clerical and HR-related duties as required are to be expected.
QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge of office-related documentation tools such as Google Suite.Knowledge of online career/ resume products such as Jobstreet, BPO Career Hub, Indeed, and other relevant sourcing channels.Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree.At least two years of experience in Sourcing Specialist preferably from BPO, shared services, or RPO companies.Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)Experience with sourcing through LinkedIn, Boolean search, google, and other online channels for recruitment.Exposure to different sourcing techniques through social media and candidate search for niche profiles.With experience in partnering with external networks like recruitment agencies, universities, etc., to generate candidates and promote the company brand.Good communication skills, both verbal and writtenKnows how to develop a marketing/communications planProven to be structured and organized
