Job Description

Enshored is seeking an outstanding Sourcing Lead who will make the Enshored employer of choice. You'll partner with the Sourcing Specialists/Associates to drive attraction campaigns and execute sourcing strategy and plans focused on passively sourcing niche candidates. At the same time, help lay the foundation for our recruiting systems and processes to ensure we hire outstanding individuals who align with our mission, values, and culture. In addition, to develop communications to drive candidate attraction and engagement through merchandise, digital channels, social media, and recruitment experience.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage various recruitment tools, including relevant social media profiles to source candidates
  • Determine client requirement/s by reviewing and understanding the job description and by keeping close contact and coordination with the requesting parties
  • Identify talent pool availability through market scan for all critical positions and strive to build a diverse team that maximizes fit with needed skills/experience.
  • Track and measure recruiting metrics make data-informed decisions and improvements.
  • Maintain relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved
  • Continually build a broad network of prospective candidates we want excellent people on the Enshored team and find them even before we have the right role.
  • Participate in lead generation activities and promote the organization through various sourcing channels (i.e., job fairs, online advertising tools, referrals, and internal/external recruiting events)Attracting passive candidates for pre-identified scarce and critical roles (talent pool framework) and delivering a positive experience through every candidate interaction.
  • Manage and enhance the Company's brand or reputation on different marketing channels
  • Continue to build on the Enshored employer brand in a way that showcases our culture and mission, and that attracts diverse, experienced, and capable talent with potential.
  • Create impactful social media campaigns and job advertisements to attract the right talent
  • Collaborate with the HR Team members in the conceptualization, development, & implementation of projects or initiatives which aims to maintain the Company's competitive advantage and increase retention and engagement of existing employees

  • In addition, other clerical and HR-related duties as required are to be expected.
  • Knowledge of office-related documentation tools such as Google Suite.
  • Knowledge of online career/ resume products such as Job Street, BPO Career Hub, Indeed, and other relevant sourcing channels.
  • Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree.
  • At least two years of experience in Sourcing/Lead generation preferable from BPO, shared services, or RPO companies.Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS)Experience with sourcing through LinkedIn, Boolean search, google, and other online channels for recruitment.
  • Exposure to different sourcing techniques through social media and candidate search for niche profiles
  • With experience in partnering with external networks like recruitment agencies, universities, etc., to generate candidates and promote the company brand.
  • Must have experience in Employer Branding
  • Highly analytical able to use data to solve recruiting challenges
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and writtenKnows how to develop a marketing/communications plan
  • Excellent editing skills using Adobe Photoshop or other editing software
  • Creative/Business Writing
  • Proven to be structured and organized
