- Researching market behavior and social media trends that are relevant to UTEL's overall marketing initiatives.
- Audit, assess and carry-out a comprehensive social strategy to align with UTEL's marketing and operations goals. Channels include but are not limited to: Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp, YouTube, etc.
- Create and maintain a content calendar for all social media channels.
- Producing creative, engaging, localized and humanized multi-media content, adapting to each channel's different markets.
- Understanding new emerging channels and aid in expanding reach by developing new marketing channels.
- Manage and facilitate communities by developing discussions and forming relationships with key influencers.
- Develop and execute campaigns that promote UTEL's brand and overall goals.
- Set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for all campaigns - take a data-driven approach to drive social strategy to increase awareness and engagement. Continuously test, learn and optimize to drive maximum growth.
- Track, analyze and report performance on all platforms using tools such as Facebook Insights and Google Analytics and generate actionable insights
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, marketing, or master's degree with a specialization in Communication / Community Manager, Digital Marketing.
- 3 - 5 years of experience as handling social media channels
- Knowledge in marketing, business presentations, and project management.
- Knowledge and execution of any layouts and graphic designs.
- Knowledge and execution of Google Analytics
- Knowledge and execution of Facebook business manager.
- Knowledge and execution of Studio Creator
