Requirements:
  • At least 10 years of experience in an organic / user generated content social media strategy and execution.
  • Experience working in an Agency or Start Up is a big advantage.
  • A creative thinker with hands-on experience creating content for brands.
  • Experience managing large Facebook groups, ideally for an international brand
  • Expert knowledge of social media networks, and how best to leverage them to create passionate communities (Facebook, Facebook groups, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Twitter, etc.)
  • Expert knowledge of social media networks, and how best to leverage them. Proven results in generating and growing these channels.
  • An understanding of the role social plays in the wider marketing mix.
  • The ability to juggle multiple tasks and competing priorities whilst delivering quality and timely content.
  • Has incredible organizational skills and attention to detail and be able to balance the big picture with short term needs/initiatives
  • You will need to be flexible, pragmatic, strategic, tenacious, and take ownership of deliverables and outcomes and loves a fast-paced, everchanging environment
Job Objective:
The Social Media Manager will work closely with the Marketing Team, you’ll be a creative and strategic storyteller with experience executing across all social media platforms. You’ll live by and have to be aware about social and cultural trends and be a fountain of knowledge when it comes to social platforms, viral campaigns, emerging conversations, brands, tools and social insights
  • Get hands-on with content creation across our social media channels to bring your ideas to life.
  • Produce engaging social media content to our community of users and followers. This will include videos, engagement posts fun challenges, product launches, case studies, live events, and promotional contents
  • Identify trending topics for content opportunities and develop a content calendar to ensure a constant supply of relevant content in our Social Media communities
  • Grow the community in the form of new members/followers, monthly active members, interactions and comments
  • Brainstorm and develop campaigns and new content ideas for Company PH social media channels and communities
  • Report on the success of our content across relevant channels, and report back on how this supports overall business goals with the support of the Community team lead.
  • Continuously evolve our channel and content strategy through analysis of data to understand what is working and what's not working.
  • Monitor social media trends and the competitive landscape so we can create strategic decisions for the brand. Share learnings and best practices with the wider team
