Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage social media and online content strategies
Create engaging, intentional and brand focused content for:
  • Social Media (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest)
  • Blogs
  • Email Campaigns

Nurture customer and vendor engagement through intentional online content creation and responses to inquiries, comments and online feedback.
Collect content images and create on-brand graphics suitable for online marketing
General Administrative tasks such as file organization, feedback surveys and client polling to improve client experience
Collaborative workflow with the Virtual Assistant
Other ad hoc tasks relevant to the role

Must Haves:

At least 2 years of digital marketing experience
Expert knowledge and experience managing social media platforms and online marketing channels, such as Pinterest.
Experience with a creative platform such as CANVA
Experience with a social media tool such as LATER, or PLANN
An understanding of visual design principles, branding, color, layout and design
High attention to detail
Experience with MS Programs, Outlook, Word, Excel
Excellent English communication - both written and oral
Ability to problem-solve, always with a customer service focus
Result-driven work style with high-level organization skills
Willingness to learn multiple platforms used within the business.
Fun/Can-do attitude

Nice to Haves:

Experience in and passion for the events industry
Administrative skills
Familiarity with RW Elephant (Inventory Management software)
Knowledge with TAVE (CRM)

Work Schedule: 9:00am - 1:00pm Australian Eastern Standard Time

Home Office Requirements:

• Fixed internet connection (Broadband, DSL, Cable, Fiber) of at least 5 MBPS (Not allowed: Prepaid wifi, dongle and mobile data)
• Up to date Laptop or Desktop with Windows 8 or Mac OS X
• Perfectly working headset and webcam
• Quiet room to work with no distractions or background noises
• A backup plan if the power goes out or if your internet connection becomes unstable during your shift
