N+1: Finance & Administration Manager, TGSP N+2: Managing Director, TGSP Job Dimensions
TGSP is TGFS shared services center with about 275 workstations used by employees on a 24x7 schedule both on site and remote work locations. Provide proximity support for the central administration teams to support Servers, LAN, WAN accesses, TOIP, and telephony and users information systems (SAP, Sharepoint, and local applications).
. Provide management and support of Microsoft Office, Office 365, and common productivity applications. including but not limited to: Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint and OneNote, Sharepoint, Power BI, Microsoft Teams
. Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support of LAN, WAN accesses, TOIP, VM, networks and local servers to TGSP users . Work closely with other TGITS support functions for supporting desktop Infrastructure in case of any incident or
change management schedules . Troubleshooting the users applications : ERP, SAP system and business client, File and Print service
management . Perform basic administration of ServiceNow Ticketing System . Track incident and service request tickets through internal ticketing system - ServiceNow ITSM - and provide
timely resolution and updates according to agreed service level set up by the organization . Adhere to internal process such as Change Management, Incident management, and comply with standards for
creating and storing related documentation . Setup and operate audio visual equipment for trainings, presentations and meetings . Consistently share information on best practices and technology trends and gives recommendation on best
practices for business operations. . Supports the conduct of audit on systems and performance review and makes recommendations for changes, as
necessary. . Works with cross functional teams to ensure the smooth delivery of the project and operations . Keep updated with the new technology, trends and changes involved in corporate systems, tools, etc
Context and Environment
. Dynamic working environment in accounting shared services center context
. Constant interface and communication with a wide set of internal (e.g. TGSIT, DSIT) and external stakeholders both local and global, including senior TGFS and various outside stakeholders such as government agencies and service providers (mainly telco companies)
. Accountable for well-functioning of the User environment (infrastructure and systems) and the security of the IT resources
. Serves business requirements complies with the Group IS security rules, procedures, guidelines & strategy
. Responsible and committed to achieve established Service Level Agreements
. Comply with the Group/TGSIT procedures as well as full transparency with its functional reporting line
Qualifications/Experience Required
. With a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or any IT related course
. Minimum of 5 years experience in IT support
. knowledge of Windows 10 OS and Window Desktop Applications, of computer hardware including desktop PCs, laptops, mobile devices and servers and basic networking concepts including wireless and LAN
. Skills: good Windows and telecom protocols technical skills, understanding of IT IS applications troubleshooting methods, good English communication skills are required (spoken and written)
