Description:Duties and Responsibilities:- Manages, monitors and interprets the contract design documents supplied by the client/architect
- Sets out, levels and surveys the site
- Checks plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations
- Oversees the selection and requisition of materials
- Agrees to the price for materials, and making cost-effective solutions and proposals for the intended project and
- Prepare reports as required.
