General description:

ServiceNow is the one-stop portal used across all organizations. This portal enables end-to-end focus on service delivery as it covers not just IT, but HR, Finance and Supply Chain. This is the single point of entry for all questions and concerns to Global Business Solutions. The portal also enables transparency, standardization and less rework among GBS as this is the tool that the teams will be using to provide service to the end users.
ServiceNow Application Management:

  • • Delivering and monitoring support KPIs for ServiceNow Application
  • Managing performance of ServiceNow support team, a managed service situated across the globe
  • Gathering, managing and prioritizing enhancements and solutions for the different modules in Connect
  • Planning and executing ServiceNow upgrades
  • Responsible for allocating budget for upgrade, patches, license cost, etc.
  • Developing and maintaining knowledge necessary to use the ServiceNow efficiently
  • Work with business stakeholders to improve usability and process-adherence of ServiceNow modules
  • Manage stakeholders of ServiceNow through service reviews and feedback gathering
  • Create roadmap together with the product owner and business architect
  • Together with the architect, define principles and design for data and solutions in Connect
  • Safeguard production environment through robust change control (testing and transition)

  • Excellent knowledge and experience in ITIL Service Transition Module (v3/v4)
  • Service improvement and quality mindset
  • Excellent planning, project and release management skills
  • Well-versed in the latest ServiceNow implementation best practices (New York, Preferred)
  • ITIL v3/v4 foundations certification
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
  • Additional Mainline-Certification and Micro-Certification preferred
Experience

  • An ideal candidate in this position will have ServiceNow administration experience for at least 5 years and with relevant ITIL process experience of minimum 2 years.
