Job Description


• Has to work closely with the Global Service Centers organization and supports productivity goals of the local workstreams.
• At the same time, is the main contact between the IT systems teams and the local workstreams.
• As a member of the GSC Change Delivery team, he/she will be responsible to leverage innovation and technology in the services provided by the GSC. Close collaboration with respective Q&P leader is expected.
• Foster innovation initiatives in GSCs, identifying opportunities for further utilization of technologies available.
• Facilitate adoption of new technology tools and services, introduced by the IT Systems Global team.
• Active role in supporting the value realization plans, proposing and executing the projects aiming at productivity improvement.
• Manage the technology portfolio pipeline in the GSC and provide periodic status updates at GSC MOC level.
Process Governance:

• Ensure the right process is follow and the full utilization of the tools for governance support process.
• Lead the governability process, for ideas, enhancements and new IT Solutions at the site level.
• Manage Tier 0 and Tier 1 reviews.


• Owns the Automation framework at GSC level, in cooperation with other GSCs.
• Work closely to the APU analysts and the APU coach.
• Close cooperation with S&PA PMO for projects readiness for BRP.
• Manage automations at portfolio and program level in GSC, including large -Big Room Planning- requests and GSC specific automations.
• Increase and accelerate number of automations used in the GSC.
• Ensures the right calculation of the value created by the requester and ensures it is updated in GPS accordingly.
• Escalates and removes roadblocks in automation solution requests.
Digitalization and Data Analytics:

• Owns digitalization process in GSC, ensures its implemented and efficient, cooperates with other GSCs.
• Work closely to the BI / Data Intelligence analysts and the global Data Analytics team.
• Promote and support the effective use of the BI / Data Intelligence resources.
• Helps identify opportunities for reports and data analysis.
• Manage the BI / Data Intelligence portfolio and program level in GSC, including large -Big Room Planning- and GSC specific requests.
• Escalates and removes roadblocks on any BI / Data Intelligence solution requests.

• Strong Leadership capabilities
• Negotiations and influencing skills
• Fluent in English
• Advanced in MS Excel

The Philippines site, located at the Bonifacio Stopover Corporate Center, is the third and final Global Service Center (GSC) of 3M Company, which will bring all the advantages of the GSC model to the Asia Pacific region. It is responsible for optimizing 3M Company’s delivery of transactional services in the region, and essentially strengthens 3M Company’s operations around the world, as all three GSCs will work together to bring the highest level of service no matter where they are. 3M Service Center will partner with the other GSCs to provide around-the-clock global service. It will host activities ranging from, among others, sourcing, IT, Finance, human resources, all of which are IT-enabled.
