Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with customers in order to gain full understanding of their needs and work to serve them effectively
  • Manage record and resolve customer complaints in prompt and professional manner
  • Handle customer's medical needs
  • Gather customer information as required
  • Monitor customer's medical status
  • Evaluate and correlates medical interventions and charges
