Job Description

 Identifies, analyzes and resolves data and system issues of intermediate complexity
 Works independently in support of team initiatives
 Develops, validates, and executes comprehensive test plans
 Performs operational support, maintenance and system configuration as defined in departmental operating procedures
 Develops and manages service portal and catalog items
 Partner with IT Stakeholders and Product Owners to understand requirements and provide best practice advice on how to enhance the ServiceNow CMDB
 Responsible for researching, planning, coordinating and delivering solutions for the ServiceNow platform
 Partner with IT Stakeholders and Product Owners to optimize Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and implement standards
 Develops and manages integrations between ServiceNow and other products leveraged within the Prudential architecture
 Perform ServiceNow development including, but not limited to, ServiceNow Workflows, UI Macros, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, Data Policies, Script Includes, Security Rules, Scheduled Jobs
 Perform data integrations leveraging JDBC, SOAP, REST, and other methodologies
 Developer and maintain Data sources
 Perform SQL Server administration and maintenance, including but not limited to, backups, mirroring, security, indexing, stored procedures, SQL development
 Work in an agile based development environment
 Participate in ongoing production support and end user support
 Manage incidents/problems related to the ServiceNow platform
 Develop and manage operational metrics reporting and dashboards
 Ensures that service requests related to ServiceNow are prioritized and completed
 Performs 24/7 on call support as applicable
