Job Description

  • Provides 1st to 2nd level Laptop/Desktop, Mobile and account support
  • Provide technology monitoring support including cyber security monitoring, analysis, reporting, and alerting.
  • Provides 1st to 2nd level support based on SOPs ranging from alert triaging and resolution to internal escalations and ticket logging with 3rd party vendors
  • Ensures team documentations for SOPs and technical documentations are updated.
  • Continually improve personal knowledge and skills relevant to current duties, through on the job experience, self-directed research or formal training.
  • Maintains up-to-date awareness of industry developments and best practices in this area of specialization.
  • Take part in rotating shift schedules 8x5 work week or 12x3 work week and takes part in the on-call duty
  • 3 years providing technical operations center support as Service Desk
  • Must be able to speak, read and write in German at an advanced level
  • Monitoring Support experience is a plus
  • Working knowledge of Monitoring systems, PRTG and SIEM specifically is a plus
  • Strong understanding of LAN WAN and WLAN, Server, Database and Applications performance and related dependencies.
  • Ability to work and communicate effectively within a global IT environment with people having diverse skill levels and varying backgrounds
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and good customer relations skills
