Job Description


Job Description:
  • Assists his superior in planning and organizing the overall activities of the Service Department in line with its objective of keeping the company's set quality and standards for regular and special service jobs of elevators and escalators.
  • Assists his superior in the preparation of contract proposals for newly turned-over projects and old projects without previous contracts.
  • Assists in the preparation of the annual maintenance fee adjustment.
  • Prepares and submits correspondence and reports as required by his superior.
  • Assists in the monitoring of the financial status of his department.
  • Reviews and checks any special service proposal made by the Sales Service Engineer or Supervisor.
  • Attends to meetings as needed by the client.
  • Forecasts and monitors the manpower requirement of his department.
  • Trains and develops his men to ensure effective performance of their jobs and for personal growth.

Qualifications:
  • With Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (License is a must)
  • With at least 5 years of working experience in elevator/escalator servicing works
  • With at least 3 years of supervisory capacity
  • With hands-on customer service experience
  • Amenable to work on Saturday

Work Schedule:
  • 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (Monday To Saturday), on-site
