Summary of the Role: The SEO Senior Digital Marketing Analyst will work to help drive revenue and awareness within our client portfolio by using a variety of data, tools, and insights within the framework of Amadeus Hospitality Digital Marketing Suite of products. This role is key to support hotels business needs and drive demand to the client website and act as role model for other Digital Marketing Analysts and mentor new hires, taking on management duties when required and act as back up for the team lead when necessary.
In this role You`ll: - Deliver digital marketing services with special focus on SEO and Web Analytics to support hotels business needs including onsite optimization, technical web audits and recommendations, Google Analytics reporting and data analysis and content marketing plan and execution
- Reporting using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Data Studio, Search Console and other tools to diagnose and improve web performance results for our clients
- Build and implement an analytical measurement plan from scratch and being adept to all aspects of data analysis.
- Manage complaints from clients or other stakeholders by pro-actively problem solving. Recognizes and get to the bottom of problems, track down possible causes of problems and establish connections, differentiate between primary and secondary issues. Compare factual data, possible procedures and different solution pathways and arrive at a realistic conclusions. Deal with detailed data effectively and handle it precisely.
About the Ideal Candidate:- Bachelor's Degree with a focus on Marketing or Hospitality/Tourism
- 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, SEO, Google Analytics
- 3+ years of experience in hospitality industry is a plus
- Experience in Digital Marketing, Web Analytics, SEO, Paid Media, Content Marketing, Social Media
- Basic understanding of the purpose of programming languages such as HTML, CSS, and other relevant coding languages; they must also be familiar with a Design process, have a basic understanding of UX and Usability and Design tools and a basic knowledge of SEO.
