We are seeking a talented SEO Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team and work
along side our Content Marketing Specialist. They will be responsible for identifying and
executing opportunities to improve our company's and our content's search rank for key

With more than 2.3 million Google searches per minute, it is essential that we focus on our
keywords and search engine optimisation to make sure we show up in our chosen markets!
We need someone that is going to be obsessed with checking and constantly tweaking our
keyword strategy. They need to be able to execute strategies and tactics to improve our on-
page and off-page SEO and keep up to date with our SEO blogs and best practices, through
resources like Moz and Google Webmaster Tools or similar.
Job Summary
We are seeking a talented SEO Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team and work
along side our Content Marketing Specialist. They will be responsible for identifying and
executing opportunities to improve our company's and our content's search rank for key
words, phrases and terms.
Responsibilities and Duties
. Manage both our on-page and off-page SEO for the company, presenting
opportunities to the business to improve. On-page includes keywords, optimising
the meta descriptions, HTML code, title tags and alt tags whilst taking into
consideration things like overall content quality, page performance and content
structure. Off-Page includes backlinks from other sites, promotion methods, taking
into account the amount of exposure something gets on social media for example.
. Collaborate with the Content Marketing Specialist, Sales and Marketing Coordinator
and other key relevant stakeholders to create high-quality content around
important, relevant terms.
. Manage and improve organic search engine performance and goal-setting based on
Click through rates, traffic and conversions.
. Set up and maintain tracking systems to monitor content activities, engagement and
outcomes.
. Stay up to date with the latest trends and changes with SEO and major search
engines.
. Attend and participate in regular weekly, monthly and quarterly review meetings -
making recommendations on your findings and performance.
Required Skills
. Bachelor degree preferably Marketing and or Business Administration with 2+ years
experience in a marketing role
. Thorough knowledge of search ranking and optimisation factors and key algorithm
updates
. Proficiency in web analytics software and keyword tools
. Experience with data-driven SEO analysis and optimisation
Highly desirable attributes
. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
. Proactive, highly motivated and flexible
. Highly organised and attention to detail
. Experienced with MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
. Experience working with Western companies (preferred)
