Job Description

  • Prepares valuation reports (ocular inspection, research, data analysis, report preparation)
  • Creates new accounts and manages existing ones
  • Keeping up to date technically and applying new knowledge to the job
  • Participate in valuation and other company projects, as needed

Qualifications

  • Graduate of business (finance, management) or engineering (civil, mechanical) courses
  • Proficient in MS Office applications particularly in Word / Excel / Powerpoint.
  • At least 3 to 5 years relevant industry experience is required
  • Good command of both written & spoken English.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exposure with client interactions
  • Must be a Real Estate Broker and License Appraiser
  • Proficiency in income valuation techniques is an advantage
  • Experience in business development and client management is an advantage
  • AUTOCAD knowledge is a plus
  • Team player and can work with minimum supervision
