Job Description

The Senior UX Designer will be responsible for overseeing all user experience and design aspects of the organization, as well as presenting to stakeholders and working with UX and development teams to create a cohesive customer experience throughout our platforms and products.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Ability to conduct user research and translating them into sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and any other needed deliverables optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
  • Ability to design usable, accessible, and delightful customer experiences for web and mobile based on research and best practices.
  • Ability to understand business requirements and technical limitations.
  • Previous experience creating and launching websites or taking a product from concept to production.
  • Ability to prototype rapidly, whether hand-coded HTML, Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, etc.
  • Ability to define and drive strategic direction from a user experience perspective.
  • A portfolio that demonstrate solutions to complex problems.
  • Experience in Agile is a plus.
  • Experience in front-end development is a plus.
  • 3 years minimum work experience.
