Skills requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; Preferably a CPA
  • With GAAP & IFRS Experience
  • Minimum 3 years of international tax accounting experience
  • Good grasp of baseline tax technical issues and processes relevant to individual income taxation
  • Demonstrate an understanding of complex technical issues: International (US & Europe) Experience Individual income tax regulation, experience working with expatriate tax related services, Income tax treaties, social security agreements.
Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare / Review complex tax returns.
  • Demonstrate ability working with under complex formal process and tax technology background
  • Proven ability to supervise, review, counsel, develop and delegate to Tax Analysts
  • Manage financial and economics aspect of the business’s taxrelated engagements from end to end
  • Customer/Vendor Tax Account Setup Analysis
  • Management of Tax Exemption Certificates and Licenses
  • Management of Tax Rates and Legislative Updates
  • Invoice Dispute Resolution on Taxes
  • Issue Resolution on Government Audits and Assessments
  • Conducts periodic reconciliations of all accounts to ensure their accuracy.
  • Files federal, state, and local tax documents by preparing property tax returns, and federal, state, and municipal returns, extensions, and quarterly payments.
  • Prepares tax provision schedules by reviewing, preparing, and consolidating provision schedules.
  • Maintains an orderly accounting filing system and Completes tax forms.
  • Maintain collaborative relationships with colleagues
  • Contribute actively to creating a high performing team
  • Proactively identify issues and recommend solutions
  • Demonstrate professionalism within all interactions
