Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Facilitating learning related to leadership competencies, technical competencies and functional based competency.
  • Utilizing a variety of the training methodologies (e.g., adult learning), techniques, concepts, learning tools, and practices to ensure maximum effectiveness of training programs.
  • Driving participation and engagement in training programs utilizing various techniques
  • Collaborating with existing subject matter experts on current and upcoming Learning & Development programsin order to contribute to the design and maintenance of current training programs and ensure content is relevant and up to date
  • Leveraging internal and external lecturers, motivational speakers, and, technical or product specialist.
  • Measuring and assessing the impact of training programs through meaningful course evaluations, attendance, and feedback based on the Learning & Development Program.
  • Maintaining accurate training records
  • Partnering with business units to provide proactive development opportunities
  • Assisting in the design, implementation, conduction, and evaluation of global learning and development solutions for internal audiences
  • Aid in creating and developing modules for various programs, functions and levels.
Job Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or related field
  • High energy, enthusiastic, motivational facilitation style
  • Self-starter with strong sense of ownership, ability to work autonomously, and navigate/succeed in ambiguity
  • Excellent creative and conceptual thinking abilities
  • Strong analytics skills
  • Comfortable presenting in a group setting and ability to keep them actively engaged over long stretches of time
  • Strong organizational, planning, project management, problem resolution, communication, presentation, facilitation, and influencing skills required
  • Ability to function independently in a multi-task environment, as well as part of a team
  • Highly computer literate with in-depth knowledge of MS Office and web based systems, and creative video creative options (e.g. Powtoon), etc.
  • Ability to travel.
