THE POSITION
The incumbent is expected to help build the HR General Services responsible for Recruitment. The role will cover management of the end to end recruiting activities from the kick-off of a requisition to the offer extension.
In close collaboration with HRBP and Hiring Manager , the Subject Matter Expert will serve about 6,000 employees within China, Taiwan and Hongkong, in several timezones, within multiple legal entities.
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Execute and run backend processes around Recruitment. Adheres to the data quality standards and delivers against defined SLAs.
  • Participate in the roll-in of the selected BI countries following the Deployment Roadmap until 2022 regarding Recruitment. Ensuring high quality service and day one readiness for every new country rolled in.
  • Accountable for the execution of all related end to end processes, continuously striving for improvements.
    >Lead and manage hiring activities.
    >Manage the RPOs performance and monitor completion of activities
    >Partner with hiring managers and senior leadership team on resource planning, recruiting strategy, and other talent related processes
    >Generate candidates through passive and active sourcing methods.
    >Pre-select candidate based in CVs and phone screening and provide hiring manager with the short list
    >Attend the kick-off call meeting
    >Establish and drive relationship with vendors, partners, and staffing agencies
    >Prepare Recruitment reports for key stakeholders
    >Present Recruitment data during Service Calls
  • Liase with the respective HRBP/Local HR and Hiring Managers to ensure operational process excellence.
  • Provide reliable reports and data to HR BPs and CoEs when required.

Requirements:
  • Academic degree in Human Resources, Psychology or equivalent
  • At least 8 years experience in end to end Recruitmentin the Shared Services environment
  • Expert knowledge in the field of Recruitment, Extensive customer orientation, International experience
  • Above average expertise in the Traditional Chinese Language (Mandarin Business fluency in English
  • Ideally work experience in different HR roles
  • Leadership experience is beneficial
  • Ability to work across business units /geographies cultural sensitivity strong external network providing access to best HR and talent practices and innovation
