Job Role:

As part of Groworx’ Digital Marketing Team, your role as our Senior Social Media Specialists is to create engaging content that provides value to our online audiences and turn leads into brand advocates. You will be responsible for growing active and engaged communities through the brand-building efforts of Groworx and its clients. Make some noise across multiple social platforms with a unified voice and ensuring cross-channel brand consistency.

You will do:

Develop and execute organic social media strategies across Groworx’s and also the CEO accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.), including publishing/editorial calendars and influencer partnerships
Oversee social content strategy and development, from always-on programs to launch campaigns for both GW as a brand the CEO Account.
Take the lead in the planning and development of thumb-stopping content in coordination with our Creatives Team and ensuring the brands’ look and voice
Track and monitor KPIs in real-time to adjust or pivot strategies, tactics and content development as needed; synthe analytics to inspire new ideas
Serve as Groworx and our clients’ social strategist and subject matter expert by staying up-to-date on emerging and future trends, whether within or outside of the industry to help identify or grow business opportunities
Understand and advocate early adoption of relevant new platforms and technologies, consistently bringing them to the team for brainstorming or execution to further business objectives
Ensure Groworx engages with users interacting with our social assets and identifying brand advocates for future opportunities
Work closely with our Sales team for sales leads as part of GW’s Social Selling Approach
You should have:

Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in digital environments with a focus on social media, content and digital campaign development, preferably within an agency setting and with a background in B2B marketing
In-depth knowledge of social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, etc.
Experience using digital marketing tools like Buzzsumo, Feedly, MailChimp, Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Dynamics
A keen eye for trends and research skills to help you find interesting and relevant content
The ability to analyze data and use these learning to optimize future or on-going campaigns
Project management skills to coordinate with media buyers, copywriters, graphic artists and other internal and external teams
Experience with managing C-Level social media personas and accounts
Excellent writing, editing, presentation and communication skills
Background in the art of social selling
A proven record in community engagement
Online and offline events management/coverage experience
Some background knowledge of Public Relations, copywriting and graphic design skills are a plus
