Imagine yourself going to work with one thing on your mind: you will be responsible for supporting custom development by devising or modifying procedures to solve complex problems considering the system environment and design. As you tackle your new tasks for the day, you know that it will lead to one thing your department believes in: that you will be working as a key part of the Corporate Applications team to ensure that Business Application are fully integrated with the use of service oriented architecture layer.
As a Senior SOA Developer, you will provide subject expertise in program design, coding, testing, debugging and documentation to support the deployment of full integrations functionality. You will provide insight to inform and provide leadership in development of strategic plan process. You will help the management team set direction and find solutions to address business opportunities and challenges. You will provide ongoing feedback and assessment of project status and issues to managers and executives. You need to have the ability to bring project to successful completion through organizational dynamics. You will provide subject experience, implementation skills for integrations requirement across all applications with the use of enterprise grade middleware. You will demonstrate a hands-on, high energy work ethic and championing a team player attitude. You will assist the NOC service desk as necessary to provide first class support services to satisfy the needs of our customers. You will progress any support calls and liaise with NOC staff and 3rd parties to ensure the prompt resolution of all requests in line with the Service/Operational Level Agreements. You will also ensure change control for all SOA development and ensure thorough System/UAT testing prior to a full and controlled release. You will also experience working as a key contributor and collaborator in a team-oriented environment is essential.
What else You will also develop and maintain strong working relationships with key customers at all levels to understand their business drivers and work with the HRIS, HR, Infosec, Finance to understand requirements and deliver/promote technical solutions as appropriate. You will manage and develop data integrity and security standards for the systems, co-coordinating requests for access within agreed parameters. You will also organize regular meetings with system users to maintain a working awareness of their service operations.

What is it we’re looking for Well, since this is a senior analyst post, we need someone who has a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or five to eight (5-8) years of relevant experience. Someone who holds a strong knowledge of Oracle Service Bus or ESB. We need someone who has a strong knowledge of Oracle based system, Jobvite, G-Suite and programming ability in Oracle environment. We also need someone who’s adept at conducting research into project-related issues and products – strong analytical skills.
We also need someone who has experience in Operations Support and IT Service Management. Someone with awareness of ITIL standards and best practice within operational environments. Someone with proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment. Someone with proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment. Someone who has a desire to work in an information systems environment. Strong Customer service skills and focus required for this role. Plus experience supporting and providing minor enhancements in the middleware portfolio. We also need someone who has the ability to use configuration management tools, design tools, debugging tools, and any other environment-specific tools necessary to create, test, and implement an application.
