Job Description

The main task is to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of business development and marketing projects under the retail department.

You will be working closely with different units of the organization such as sales, operations, finance, business intelligence, amongst others. This role will require mostly project management, operational and marketing skills

Key Responsibilities - Program Execution and Monitoring
    • Execute and monitor trade marketing activities to help increase demand for the company's service and products.
    • Contribute to the formulation of trade promotions and activities and to the identification of opportunities to all channels.
    • Integrate trade marketing initiatives to different sales channels and ensure alignment with both internal (sales personnel) and external (Franchise personnel)
    • Closely work with sales support teams in expanding program penetration in different sales channels.
    • Collect program feedback and evaluation to provide necessary reports for appropriate actions and or improvements.

Key Responsibilities - Program mechanics and Alignment and Monitoring
    • Working closely with the Retail head to work on program details and supervise communication flow between internal and external personnel.
    • Regular alignment meeting with different sales personnel and retail partners to gather feedback review progress and program monitoring to ensure KPIs are being met.
    • Increase retention rate through tactical programs designed to increase shipper satisfaction
    • Smooth and successful rollout of programs within timeline with improved program effectiveness
    • Responsible for the cascading of communication materials to the different sales channel

Key Responsibilities - Research and Development
    • Assist in development of engagement playbooks to have better clarity on guidelines.
    • Developing engagement tools such as social engagement calendars that could help increase shipper segments for different sales channels
    • Conduct deep diving sessions with different sales teams to identify all engagement channels across different sales channels for each shipper segment.

Key Responsibilities - Training Management
    • Assist in the development of training manuals and target tangible results.
    • Responsible for developing and executing training programs for all external retail partners.
    • Identify and assess the training needs of the retail partners through performance analysis, standard adherence, and consultation with the retail partners and franchisee.
    • Implement effective and purposeful training methods.
    • Select and manage resources, including working with both internal employees and training vendors to develop and deliver training.
    • Manage the technologies required to develop, manage and deliver training.
    • Keep abreast of training trends, developments and best practices.

    • BA/BS degree graduate
    • 1-3 years experience in business development or project management
    • Ability to engage at all levels of the organization, both internally and externally
    • Detail-oriented, adaptable and can work in a fast-paced environment
    • Willing to do field work / travel
    • Professional fluency in local, and English language
    • Effective verbal communication, analytical and problem solving skills
    • Computer Literate: Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT), and google suites (google docs, sheets, slides, etc)
    • Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator knowledge is a plus
