Job Description


  • Drive Continuous Improvement Framework within the vertical(s)/Accounts(s)
  • Drive Quality Net Savings in the aligned vertical(s)/Accounts(s)
  • Drive VBM & Playbook processes across aligned vertical(s)/Accounts(s)
  • Contribute client/customer reviews/meetings
  • Do goal setting with the team and ensure effective and measurable reviews and feedback mechanisms
  • Follow appraisal and feedback mechanism
  • Initiate best practice sharing across the team
  • Drive culture of data-based decision making
  • Conduct Training & workshops on Key Continuous Improvement Methodology like LEAN, Six Sigma WB/YB/GB, Kaizen, VBM etc. and enable in DNA building for the organization

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 5+ years of industry-related experience, ideally including a combination of call center, project management and quality experience.
  • Should have excellent command in Lean/Six Sigma methodology Six Sigma Blackbelt Certification
  • Statistical process control, personnel management preferred.
  • Previous experience with COPC and/or Six Sigma projects helpful
