Oversee data gathering, insighting, implementation, and evaluation of strategies and programs to strengthen SEAOIL's brand equity among its business stakeholders, retail partners, key customers, and consumers, through effective integration, analysis, and management of internal and market (industry, competition, and consumer) data/information.

Success in this role will require you to fulfill the following responsibilities:

1. Directs the design, execution, analysis, and reporting of business intelligence activities (capturing industry trends, competitors capabilities, customer data and consumer insights) leading to data-driven and actionable business strategies, brand roadmaps, and marketing initiatives to support business objectives.
- Leads quantitative and qualitative market research
- Creates data structure and dashboards
- Ensures seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams within the organization and external partners to consolidate data
2. Champions the translation of information into insights, leading to differentiated value propositions and programs
- Leverages understanding of the market, research methodologies, and best practices to identify opportunities to create customer value, grow a loyal consumer base, and drive the business forward through targeted marketing programs.
- Directs the development of scorecards as well as the tracking, measuring, and reporting of performance to determine success of marketing initiatives.Leads the execution of customer experience and customer engagement programs, ensuring people, processes and platforms support effective implementation
3. Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications for the Role:
    • Graduate of a four-year course in Management or Engineering, preferably with masterals
    • At least five years of market insight / data analytics / business intelligence experience
    • At least three years of people management experience
    • Marketing in the retail (petroleum, supermarkets, fast food service) or FMCG/banking (credit card marketing) industries
    • Adept with big data

    • Has ability to create data structure
    • Has advanced analytical skills
    • Can drive ideas into execution
    • Has keen eye on details
    • Uncompromising

Realistic Job Preview:
    • Develop report structures and dashboards (come up with easy-to-read dashboards)
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement and evaluate marketing programs
    • Will do field work (monthly)

Expectations from Candidates:

Candidates who are invited for HR screening will need to undergo and pass an online exam and/or technical exam, and accomplish HR documents, personality tests, and essay exams before proceeding to the HR interview.

Candidates who pass the HR interview would then need to submit soft copies of their available pre-employment requirements, such as the Transcript of Records, Diploma, and NBI clearance. The complete list will be provided by the recruiter.

In the event candidates are hired, they would be required to submit hard copies of all the pre-employment requirements and pass the medical exam and background check before onboarding.
