Job Description

Global Help Desk Administration
• Coordinate the resolution of all corporate help desk activities.
Asset Management
• Help decide, in conjunction with corporate leadership, which software and hardware products and other equipment are
most suited for use within
• Oversee IT-related asset purchases on a company-wide basis.
• Manage software licenses on a company-wide basis.
• Serve as key participant in team meetings.
• Effectively communicate relevant IT-related information to superiors and peers in other practices.
IT Management
• Serve as focal point for all inter-office IT-related matters company-wide.
• Assist with IT staffing and budgeting projections on a company-wide basis.
• Build expert knowledge in our industry and conveys knowledge to others.
• Possess the expert knowledge to identify opportunities for change and the ability to convey the need for change.
Development & Team Management
• Participate in all programs relating to performance evaluations and career development planning.
• Review evaluations within practice for consistency.
• Help to determine new, creative ways to employ teams on projects and distribute responsibilities.
• Work across practice to share lessons learned and best practices.
Client Management
• Anticipate internal clients’ needs and propose alternative business solutions.
• Continually seek and capitalize upon opportunities to increase internal client satisfaction and deepen client
Internal Operations
• Easily recognize areas for internal improvement and develop plans for implementation.
• Review the status reports of team members across projects and address issues as appropriate.
• Comply with and enforce standard company policies and procedures.
• Bachelor’s Degree in any field, preferably in Computer Science or Information Technology or Engineering
• More than 8 years of large-scale IT Operations Management experience
• ITIL certification is preferred
• Excellent analytical, strategic conceptual thinking, strategic planning, and execution skills
• Strong business acumen, including industry, domain-specific knowledge of the enterprise and its business units
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain IT concepts and technologies to
business leaders, and business concepts to the PMO staff
• Attend additional training as requested/deemed necessary
• Ability to translate business needs into solution design
• Ability to construct executive level presentations and present complex analytical findings in clear, concise, and decisionimpacting manner
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills to effectively interact with senior internal and external stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability to assess, prioritize, and solve complex technical problems
• Strong supervisory skills to plan and direct the work of a diverse research staff
• Excellent interpersonal and oral/written skills to effectively interact with all levels of company personnel, vendors, and
• Sufficient skill levels and technical understanding of product development to be recognized as a project
management/product development expert within the broader organization
• Proven ability to analyze, integrate, recommend, contribute to the development of conceptual plans for, and lead
implement of, strategic, process, and team improvement and change initiatives cross-functionally
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written. Knows when and how to speak up and appropriately raise issues to
the team and to management. Keeps both team members, departmental colleagues (as appropriate), and management
fully apprised of project initiative status and issues
