About our client
Our client is an upcoming e-commerce organization with an established brand name in Malaysia.
About the role
This role will be a strong support to the Head of HR and dotted lined to the CEO. We are looking for a HR Generalist with strong HR Operational and business partnering experience. Our client is looking to double in headcount and this Senior HR M will be crucial in ensuring this runs smoothly operationally.
Your responsibilities

  • Manage HR day-to-day operations and activities.

  • Assist in establishing HR strategies, policies and practices in areas such as employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits and training.

  • Actively partner with functional managers and business partners to administer new initiatives and strategies that support the needs of the business.

  • Provide advisory and consultative services to line managers on employee issues and employment practices.

  • Partner with management to anticipate and lead through organizational changes, identify capability gaps and align HR resources to business objectives.

  • Identify key HR issues and coordinate resources to ensure efficient delivery of HR products and services.

  • Ensure business recruitment objectives, reporting and requirements are met in a timely manner.

  • Drive performance management cycles and coordinate year-end compensation process.

You will have

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in human resource management, business administration.

  • Preferred 10 years hands-on experience as a HR Generalist covering the full spectrum of Human Resources.

  • Experience working in an e-commerce environment will be an added advantage.
