Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Front-End Web Developer to join our Digital Innovation and Engineering team as a Senior Consultant to our client and internal teams. As part of a global team delivering on ambitious missions, we're looking for somebody motivated to combine the art of design with the art of programming. Responsibilities will include translation of the UI/UX design wireframes to actual code that will produce visual elements of the application. You will work with the UI/UX designer and bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementation, taking an active role on both sides and defining how the application looks as well as how it works.

Responsibilities:

  • Work as a Senior Consultant on our client teams where you will
  • Build reusable code and libraries for future use
  • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
  • Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
  • Assure that all user input is validated before submitting to back-end
  • Develop new user-facing features
  • Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders
  • Provide leadership for our own internal website capabilities
  • Build Rapid POCs and prototypes for GroworxLabs and client projects
  • Lead small engineering squads
Requirements:

  • At least 1 year solid experience on reactjs
  • At least 2 years experience on UX Design
  • At least 2 years solid experience on UI Design
  • At least 6 years total experience on Frontend development
  • At least 1 year solid experience on automation testing
