About the role:
  • Collaborate with IAM teams to administrate and integrate our new Directory Services capability to meet evolving enterprise and cloud requirements. Strong focus on simplification and automation across both internal and cloud environments.
  • Execute day to day application maintenance, monitoring, processing, and user support for multiple TR directories.
  • Effectively manage escalations to resolution.
  • Identify efforts to improve and simplify end-user experience by reducing the volume of tickets, reducing touch points, improve accountability, and driving the usage of the self-service tools.
  • Investigate root cause for identified problems and recommend solutions .
  • Develop and implement solutions for defects and when appropriate collaborate with IAM engineering team on solutions.
  • Define requirements for and/or develop automated monitoring and alerting solutions to drive performance and availability.
  • Be aware of system-wide changes and application deployments that might impact application availability for users.
  • Drive a higher level of customer satisfaction by improving support team quality, knowledge, and training.
  • Partner with other regional teams and services owners to share and promote best practices and lessons learned.
  • Drive customer communication during critical events and lead retrospective meetings.
  • Drive root cause investigation implementing any learnings or improvement opportunities.
  • Assist & own the preparation of end user support documentation and knowledge
  • Proactively plan for upcoming changes.
  • Inform and train all support teams on new/changed processes/services and drive operational process rigor
  • Partner with TR technology teams and Business Unit stakeholders to ensure a holistic technical approach across technologies.
  • Ensure support team readiness and availability.
  • Partner with product service owners on new service introductions, change, and transition to operations
  • Support engineering initiatives related to our domain consolidation and migration programs.
  • Experience with Vulnerability mitigation and patch management.
  • Strong working knowledge of ITIL Incident, Problem and Change Management disciplines
  • Ensure execution of standards and approaches to enable seamless integration across the directory services program.
  • Act as a technical expert on initiatives involving directory services with an emphasis on Virtual Directory Services.

About You:
  • 6+years IT or IT Security experience including the following:
  • 4+ Years experience with Radiant Logic, Radiant One FID and ICS in an enterprise organization
  • 2+ years experience with server technology capability and products.
  • 2+ years developing automation and scripts.

Preferred Skills and Experience:
  • Prior experience with Identity technologies and protocols like SAML, LDAP, Kerberos, Radiant Logic, Active Directory and MFA desired.
  • Coordinating with different lines of services with SLA.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and processes quickly.
  • Experience in Patching, Vulnerability and hardening of server.
  • Install of OS, Tooling, Backup Software, system management components
  • Strong working knowledge of ITIL Incident, Problem and Change Management disciplines
  • Experience in the even log analysis and act accordingly.
  • Experience in monitoring tools.
  • Console operations - verify system availability, monthly check of assets against CMDB.
  • Daily Operating System alert handling and response
  • Experience with PowerShell or any scripting language
  • Self-starting individual who exercises excellent judgement in a hands-off environment.
  • Familiarity with Cloud technology and an understanding of the impact of dynamic computing on the Identity landscape.
  • Familiarity with Cloud services AWS, Azure, Google cloud.
