Oversee daily operations of company-owned stores (5 branches).
Handles staff roster/weekly manning and staff concerns
Conducts regular staff service training in branches to keep service level standards
Support in the development of brand/marketing strategies
In charge of driving brand P&Ls, and monitoring/controlling A&P allocation.
Responsible for all ATL & BTL marketing campaigns, ensuring it all drives sales, visibility, trade advocacy and consumer recruitment/conversion. This can also include identifying opportunities for commercial, cross-brand, and influence partnerships
Forecast of monthly stock requirement and minimize of ageing stock
Lead innovation by identifying and developing new products and packaging based on trend analysis, consumer needs and competitor launches.
Oversee management of website and social media accounts.
Management of various agencies – graphics, social, website, etc.
Preference Business or Marketing Graduate at one of the top universities – UP, Ateneo or La Salle (not a must, but preferred)
Minimum 3-4 years experience in marketing or related field/industry (FMCG, F&B Industry preferred)
Business/Commercially Savvy, Creative, brand-savvy, entrepreneurial and solutions focused.
Excellent analytical, research, writing and presentation skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Ability to work independently, in a start-up environment
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
Experience in digital campaigns, website development and social media management (ex. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) is preferred
Must have an international mindset, strong understanding of global and regional trends, as well as the cosmopolitan and affluent lifestyles
Prior experience in ecommerce is a plus
Proficiency with MS Office (particularly Excel and PPT) is a must too
