About the Role

Internally known as Securities Ops Service Specialist 3. The role performs a variety of operational tasks for complex securities or cash related transactions or processes that require extensive knowledge of unit functions and systems.
Job Responsibilities
  • Duties may include: differentiating, processing and reconciling transactions researching inquires resolving customer complaints reviewing time sensitive and/or complex documents
  • Creating or revising departmental procedures
  • Coordinates situations involving multiple departments
  • May provide department level reporting using multiple sources
  • May provide training or work direction to junior level staff
  • Provides back-up for other desks
  • May have extensive customer contact works under minimal supervision

Market Skills and Certifications
:
  • Completed at least 2nd year in College (Bachelor's Degree) or finished 2 or 3 year Associate course
  • 4 years + of Customer Service experience for a financial campaign
  • Experience as Subject Matter Expert is an advantage
  • Experience in brokerage, securities, or wealth and investment management is an advantage
  • Strong communication skills
  • Amenable to work in shifting schedules
  • Amenable to work in McKinley Hill, Taguig

. 4 years of working experience (voice support) in the BPO/Contact Center industry
. Preferred background in AOM and Brokerage Operations
. Excellent problem solving, analytical and technical skills with ability to apply critical judgment and come up with effective decisions.
. Strong verbal and written communication skills and proficiency for detailed documentation with ability to validate work.
. High proficiency with Microsoft Program
. Ability to adapt to a fast paced environment and perform under pressure with a high motivation and able to meet stringent deadlines with strong sense of urgency and results and detail orientation.
. Ability to plan, prioritize and execute a body of work with minimal supervision.
. Exceptional research, data entry and exception handling skills.
. Flexibility to work in night shifts, or weekends/holidays if deemed necessary by the business.
. Possess an impeccable reputation for integrity, accuracy, consistency and business acumen.
. Highly analytical and keen to details
. Familiarity with banking documents
. Ability and experience to interact with US Customers
