About the role
The Securities Operations Service Specialist 2 performs a variety of operational tasks for moderately complex securities or cash related transactions or processes that require general knowledge of unit functions and systems.
Responsibilities

. Duties may include: differentiating, processing and reconciling transactions researching inquires resolving customer complaints
. Reviewing time sensitive and/or less complex to moderately complex documents revising departmental procedures
. Coordinates situations that involve other departments
. Has moderate customer contact
. Works under moderate to minimal supervision
Market Skills and Certifications
. At least 2 years of relevant experience in customer service for financial campaign
. Amenable to night shift schedules
. Amenable to shifting schedules
. Amenable to be assigned in Mc Kinley Hill, Taguig City
