Job Description:
  • Generate and ensure correct QR code is provided to vendor and deployed to merchants
  • Send external communication to merchants
  • Address and resolve Fulfillment related concerns from internal and external stakeholders
  • Identify gaps in Fulfillment and propose process improvement
  • Ensure payment solutions and marketing collaterals are deployed to merchants within SLA. - Day to day coordination with deployment and marketing vendor
  • Perform all procurement related activities including coordination with Procurement, sourcing vendors, filing in the PR system, monitor payments to the vendor

  • Graduate of a bachelor's degree
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and similar programs
  • Excellent written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills. Able to communicate with different levels within the organization and to externals
  • At least 1 year experience in vendor management/logistics
  • Capable to create and do training for externals
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable with shifting schedules, may be required to work on weekends and/or holidays
