Job Description

SAP Application Support

Responsibilities Include:
  • Analyze support issues logged with Service Desk in accordance with client SLA
  • Take ownership of issue investigation and resolution / solution identification
  • Document solutions & problems
  • Coordinate issues and monitor issue resolution
  • Provide unit acceptance testing of configuration undertaken
  • Involvement in Support Pack Testing
  • Liase with Clients relating to issue status in accordance with SLA
  • Liase with 3rd Level Support in accordance to incident resolution
  • Monitoring/actioning of tickets sent trough to APP Support
  • Perform client service request work
  • Ensure client and support center documentation are maintained
  • Monitor and resolve MDM related batch job issues/failures
Key Experience

  • Strong SAP Material Master Data Management experience (MDM-MM)
  • Advanced communication skills, both written and face-to-face
  • Expert knowledge and experience with solving complex problems through solid analytical problem solving skills
  • High sense of urgency and accountability
  • Team Player
  • Self-motivated
  • Punctual
  • Intermediate time management
  • Knowledge of escalation procedures
  • Strong Awareness of ITIL best practice Methodology
  • Can work with minimum supervision
