Job Description

  • Designing advanced and integrated solutions to enable client success
  • Creating clear deliverables and innovative solutions (Sales, Service, Marketing clouds; CPQ) in an organized SOW
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with key partners, clients and industry contacts
  • Properly demonstrate and present custom solutions based on the Salesforce platform and ecosystem
  • Pre-Sale - retaining knowledge of our professional services and suite of capabilities in order to successfully present and market our solutions and services
  • Post-Sale - maintaining client and project team contact to review solution creation and implementation; provide support as a primary POC and resident expert; assist in development of reusable assets (for client and Simplus)

  • 5+ years direct experience architecting, solution design consulting, testing, and implementing, Salesforce.
  • Salesforce Architect Certification (preferred but not a requirement)
  • Expert level understanding of the Salesforce product suite, including Sales, Service, Community, and Marketing Clouds, as well as the Platform
  • Expert level experience defining the system architecture landscape, identifying gaps between current and desired end-states, and delivering a comprehensive solution that will enable achievement of the desired business outcomes.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with different business systems, basic understanding of programming logic and constructs, specifically in Salesforce, and their use in software development
  • Hands on experience with Salesforce configuration, data loader, including workflows, validation rules, Process Builder, and security controls
  • Knowledge of common Solution Architecture standards and practices.
  • Possess strong analytical, design, and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of motivation, self-starter, excellent at follow-up, team-player with ability to deliver within defined timelines.
  • Demonstrated ability to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic and high growth technology environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staff
