Provides a comprehensive report for a monthly division-wise SFE review meetings. Supports and monitors implementation of actions plans across all levels. Consolidates field visit learning & shares best practices.
Facilitates field communication on incentives, success stories, tips and other messages.
Supports Sales Management team on Sales Planning which includes Sales target setting (both in market & to Market), territory and target alignment
Enhances Sales Operation Capability by establishing a Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) on Selling Process which enables to lead and monitor the Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
Consolidates RSP and share perspective to sell RSP to Division Heads (DH) for better forecast accuracy. Monitors inventory at distributor and keeps Supply Chain and Sales team informed.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing or equivalent.
At least 8 years working in MNC environment in Pharmaceutical industry.
Experience as a Sales Force Effectiveness, Sales Operation, Business Strategy & Planning. Experience in project definition and analysis identifying business needs and requirements.
Experience in developing plans and measures, liaising with and engaging cross function and exposure in technical project management is preferable.
Good communication skills, strong desire to coach and train teams.
