Job Description


  • Provides a comprehensive report for a monthly division-wise SFE review meetings. Supports and monitors implementation of actions plans across all levels. Consolidates field visit learning & shares best practices.
  • Facilitates field communication on incentives, success stories, tips and other messages.
  • Supports Sales Management team on Sales Planning which includes Sales target setting (both in market & to Market), territory and target alignment
  • Enhances Sales Operation Capability by establishing a Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) on Selling Process which enables to lead and monitor the Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
  • Consolidates RSP and share perspective to sell RSP to Division Heads (DH) for better forecast accuracy. Monitors inventory at distributor and keeps Supply Chain and Sales team informed.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing or equivalent.
  • At least 8 years working in MNC environment in Pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience as a Sales Force Effectiveness, Sales Operation, Business Strategy & Planning. Experience in project definition and analysis identifying business needs and requirements.
  • Experience in developing plans and measures, liaising with and engaging cross function and exposure in technical project management is preferable.
  • Good communication skills, strong desire to coach and train teams.
