Salesforce Administrator

So what does a Salesforce Administrator really do Think of yourself as someone who will be working closely with Business Development, Finance, and Operations to develop a responsive Salesforce ecosystem, so not just anyone is qualified for this role. Now we need your full concentration because it’s time to imagine what it’s like being a Salesforce Administrator.
Imagine yourself going to work with one thing on your mind: that you will involve creating sensible security measures on profiles, roles, and other sharing settings. As you tackle your new tasks for the day, you know that it comes down to one thing: that you will implement initiatives surrounding optimizing user-engagement, releases, configuration changes, workflow changes, and trouble-shooting, user administration, and provide support for data integrity and backup/recovery.
As a Salesforce Administrator, you will execute TaskUs Salesforce Administration Strategy. You will optimize user-engagement and user-administration. You will customize Salesforce environment for complex sales tracking. You will improve and execute data integrity. You will improve and implement workflows, page layouts, lead-assignment, reports, dashboard. You will experience with developing VisualForce pages, custom objects, and Lightning Apps. You will manage and deploy salesforce integrated apps. You will create actionable reports and dashboards. You will produce documentations on Salesforce Administration. You will provide support and training for the business. You will communicate to major stakeholders on process changes, so users are aware of updates, key initiatives, and outages. You will monitor Salesforce production and sandbox environments, help troubleshoot issues and perform sandbox refreshes and related activities.
So, do you have what it takes to become a Salesforce Administrator
Requirements:

So, what is it we’re looking for Well, since this is a salesforce administrator post, we need someone who has experience using Salesforce Data Loader and other data maintenance tools. We also need someone who has experience installing and maintaining AppExchange packages that integrate Salesforce with other systems (e.g., Marketo, Act-On, Oracle, Data Integration Platforms). Also, someone with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
What else Well, we need someone who has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Computer Science field of study. We need someone who’s excellent verbal and written English skills. Certification and maintenance in Salesforce Administration (ADM 201). We also need someone who has experience in planning and logistics, preferably in a cross-functioning environment. We need someone who’s data savvy – must be obsessed with documentation and efficiency. With 2-4 years worth of work experience plus 2+ Salesforce Administration experience is preferred.
