SFDC Administrator

What does an SFDC Administrator really do Think of yourself as someone who will be working closely with Operations to develop a responsive Salesforce ecosystem, so not everyone can qualify for this role. So come on, now we need your full concentration because it’s time to imagine what it’s like being an SFDC Administrator.
Imagine yourself going to work with one thing on your mind: that you will create dashboards, sensible security measures on profiles, roles, and other sharing settings. As you tackle your new tasks for the day, you know that it will lead to one thing: will implement initiatives surrounding optimizing user-engagement, releases, configuration changes, workflow changes, and troubleshooting, user administration, and provide support for data integrity and backup/recovery.
As an SFDC Administrator, you will execute the TaskUs Salesforce Administration Strategy. You will optimize user-engagement and user-administration. You will customize Salesforce environment for complex Operations support and tracking. You will improve and execute data integrity. You will also improve and implement workflows, page layouts, case assignment/management, reports, and dashboard. You will also develop VisualForce pages, custom objects, Lightning Apps a plus. You will manage and deploy Salesforce integrated apps. You will create actionable reports and dashboards. You will produce documentation on Salesforce Administration. You will provide support and training for the business. You will communicate to major stakeholders on process changes, so users are aware of updates, key initiatives, and outages. You will also monitor Salesforce environments, help troubleshoot issues.
So, do you have what it takes to become an SFDC Administrator

What exactly are we looking for Well since this is an SFDC role, we need someone with experience operating in Agile/weekly sprint cadence. JIRA for documenting clear user stories and acceptance criteria. 6-8+ years of experience in SFDC Administration, Service Cloud is a plus. Certification in SFDC is also required. We need someone who’s technology-savvy, has a high-level knowledge of customer support operations process, is self-motivated and has a professional attitude.
What else We need someone with excellent communication and listening skills. Someone who possess good decision-making skills is organized and is detail-oriented. Someone who has knowledge and proficiency in using computers and Microsoft Office. Someone with excellent team building, operations support, customer service, and interpersonal skills. Someone who has the ability to meet/exceed department metrics/measures. Someone who has the ability to work with global remote teams.
