Job Description:
  • Plans end to end process of the overall sales portfolio
  • Collaborates with different teams on processes and procedures – Legal, Operations, Bus, R&Fs, Finance, Compliance, Marketing, etc.
  • Evaluates the performance of the whole agent sales team
  • Ensures proper implementation of the standard sales procedures and policies
  • Reviews sales reports, handles discrepancies and implements corrective actions that are properly aligned with Mancom
  • Develops, implements the necessary incentive plans and disciplinary actions suited for increasing sales business objectives
  • Motivates towards the achievement of goals
  • Ensures that sales force are efficient and effective
  • Handles internal and external issues/complaints and ensures that corrective and preventive action is taken
  • Performs sales functions and controls costs and operating expenses to ensure the sales profitability
  • Determines operations systems and procedures in accordance with overall company policies and supervises the implementation promptly
  • Prepares the budgetary requirements on capital, manpower and expenditure requirements
  • Coordinates the implementation of the team’s objectives through the organization and effective collaboration with support functions
  • Monitors day-to-day activities and output to ensure that targets are met
  • Coordinates with other groups regarding issues concerning the quality performance
  • Meets with the head and other members of the team to identify and resolve issues/problems, work activities, projects, and programs as well as existing systems and procedures
  • Meets with the team to identify and resolve problems; assigns work activities, projects and programs; monitors workflows, systems and procedures
