Job Description

The Sales Specialist is responsible to generate new sales leads for the Sales Team. This job requires strong skills, high performance in inbound and outbound sales prospecting, and prospect qualification using a number of available tools including, but not limited to, phone, email, and LinkedIn. This individual acts as the prospect acquisition expert.

The role will also work closely with different sales channels by providing them assistance by optimizing Lead Generation initiatives.

    • Develop new businesses via telephone, industry events, and mass communication such as email and social media to introduce Ninja Van and identify shippers within the target market.
    • Responsible for researching, contacting, and following up new leads that could create business opportunities with shippers and convert them into business actions.
    • Responsible for qualifying potential prospects worthy of endorsement to different sales channels.
    • Responsible for identifying new processes that could help facilitate development between the Sales Support team and different sales channels.
    • Liaison personnel in the Sales Support Team for communications with all different sales channels.

    • Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree. Preferably in Business Administration, or Marketing.
    • Must have solid experience in both working with sales, account management teams and operations teams.
    • Proven experience in working cross-functionally - proposing and executing initiatives that require multi-department collaboration.
    • Basic knowledge of various computer programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and other related software programs.
    • Can perform spreadsheet calculations.
    • Previous experience from a startup company is a plus.
    • Spoken and written fluency in both English and Tagalog
    • Willing to be assign in Makati City.
