This is a great opportunity to learn and grow in a SaaS Business. We're looking for a charismatic, driven, naturally motivated sales specialist.
This is a new, exciting and important role focused on speaking with, engaging and qualifying people who are already trailing our product… (No cold calling!!)
Once qualified, you'll be passing them onto the most appropriate specialist in our sales/customer success team.
To be successful in this role you will need to:

  • Respond quickly on the phone to inbound sales leads and trialists
  • Engage with and expertly extract information to accurately qualify them
  • Update Salesforce with information about the business
  • Pass Qualified business owners to the most appropriate specialist in our sales success team
  • You'll need to love chatting with small business owners and have a unique ability to ask great questions and get people talking!
  • You will have a combination of sales hunger, good soft skills, great rapport building, fast typing skills, and most importantly confident to ask business owners the right questions to extract the information we need to help close them as a customer
Qualities needed:
  • Amazing ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
  • A variety of approaches to ask great questions and effortlessly extract information from leads
  • Someone who just ‘clicks with others - and your positive nature is experienced through the phone
  • You have a ‘Just Do It / Just Did It attitude
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years experience in a sales / telesales role (Preferably software sales, SAAS sales, or small business focused)
  • Can relate well to a variety of people, are positive and love life
  • Love to find ways to make technology understandable and relatable.
  • Are highly organised and have great attention to detail
  • Experience managing leads within a CRM
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills, as youu0027ll be chatting with business owners and trialists all day via phone (+sms/email)
  • Thrive in a collaborative team environment where everyone is friendly, smart and driven.
  • Have a creative streak and love finding new ways to connect with customers
