Detailed Duties
. Screens applicants based on the application requirements
. Conducts initial interview to qualified applicants
. Consolidates qualified applicants and Invites for training
. Gathers and reviews applicants pre-employment requirements
. Prepares list of newly hired sellers
. Conducts background verification for all approved applicants
. Encodes applicants details on the Manpower Database
. Prepares evaluation of Sellers qualified for promotion

. Good communication skills, both oral and written

. Can adapt quickly and work in a fast-paced sales environment
. Displays a positive work attitude
Education
. Graduate of Psychology, Human Resource Management
Experience
Preferably at least a year of work experience
Responsibility
. Qualified candidate will be the Point-of-Contact for the sales group of Deputy Sales Head, Jose Gerardo Noble
