However this doesn't happen without some really awesome people. This is why we are looking for a Sales Operations Associate to join our growing team!
What's on the menu for you to do:
  • Work alongside the Leads Generation Associate Manager for creation of lead generation strategies and initiatives to source sales leads from different channels (online, events, client referrals etc) and innovate scalable methods to find new prospective sales leads
  • Manage and prioritize lead generation initiatives and maintain necessary processes, controls, and procedures to ensure the high quality and data integrity of new prospective sales leads
  • Evaluate sales processes and drive the team's activities to achieve sales goals, and manage funnel statistics via Salesforce to ensure that all lead generation activities are measurable and quantifiable.
  • Work alongside the Sales Operations and Enablement teams to create scalable processes and prioritize
  • Understand data points to provide insights to Sales Management regarding sales performance and operational improvements.
  • Support ad-hoc analysis to identify root cause of operational problems and develop timely solutions

What do you bring to the table
  • Candidate must have at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Management or any relevant study
  • Fluent in English language with very good written and verbal communication skills and can present solutions and/or train multiple audiences and various levels of stakeholders
  • Self-starter, highly resourceful, hands-on background with strong problem solving skills with the ability to quickly develop work-arounds and fixes
  • Can create new information-related documents and processes (e.g. work procedures, forms, memos documented information, and process flow) as the need arises
  • Has experience working with senior management teams (Stakeholder management requiring persuasion / influencing skills) relationship building and negotiation skills and practices high level of confidentiality
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets) and presentations (PowerPoint, Google Slides) are required
  • Experience in e-commerce is preferred but not required
  • Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM systems is preferred
  • Previous experience in sales, sales operations, account management, project management or any leadership post is an advantage
