Job Description

The Role

We are looking for Sales Operation & Enablement Manager who will support Groworx’ sales team by creating, evaluating, and optimising data sets and sales applications. You will manage sales administration, oversee business analytics and attainment planning, and direct sales force enablement.
You will also be responsible for collecting and evaluating sales information and using that information to maximise sales productivity.


You will do

  • Manage the Sales Operation process to enable sales team productivity
  • Manage and evaluate data to determine the effectiveness of a product or campaign or implement a new sales plan if the evaluation yields unsatisfactory results.
  • Lead Sales Process for specific approved opportunities, complying with all internal sales stage entry/exit requirements.
  • Shall support the sales team with the required Offering information, solution proposal building, and support sales team in client interactions
  • Sales Forecasting. By recognising past trends, allows you to forecast future sales.
  • Create contracts that satisfy both the company and customer needs.
  • Outline and define various sales territories.
  • Execute business process improvement initiatives
  • Design and implement strategic plans to reach sales targets.
  • Meet with sales managers to assess company performance.
  • Produce weekly, monthly and quarterly sales objectives and data for the sales team. Must oversee the use of various applications and platforms.
  • Establish a sales training program for new and current employees that are part of the Sales team
You should have

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience with a Global Technology Organization or ITO/BPO
  • Minimum of 5 years in Business to Business Sales, Inside Sales, Account Management, Sales Forecasting, Lead Generation in an IT/BPO set up.
  • Experience with New Technology/Innovation Solution Selling, C-Level presentation, Pipeline management
  • Professional business writing skills with strong experience in proposal/ tender response preparation
  • Have a broad understanding of various sales platforms and data applications.
  • Can recognise trends and foreshadow trends in the future.
  • Strong systems skills on one or more the modern CRM seems such as Salesforce, FreshSales, Agile CRM or similar
  • Strong English communication skills; written and spoken
  • Employee must have analytical skills
  • People management experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing or related field Required
