Zoom's Global Sales Operations Team is looking to add a Sales Support Specialist in our Manila office. We're looking for a highly organized and efficient professional who can wear multiple hats throughout the workday while prioritizing the most important tasks on his or her list. As a Sales Support Specialist you will help our company grow by improving our sales process and productivity. Sales are the biggest driver of our company's success, so your position plays a crucial role at our company. This role can also work with cross-functional teams to find trends and proactively find solutions to improve processes. This is a phenomenal opportunity to learn about sales operation functions in a high-tech SAAS environment.

  • Serves as a trusted adviser/consultant to the Sales Team and other departments pertaining to sales bookings-related questions and concerns
  • Provide sales support via ticketing system in a timely manner by organizing workflow
  • Triage tickets and route to appropriate Sales Operations member or other departments
  • Work with other cross functional members to resolve sales support issues in a timely manner
  • Ticket analysis to determine areas of improvement and ways to decrease volume/types of tickets Identify bottlenecks in the sales process
  • Document ticket-related processes
  • Work with Sales Representatives to identify opportunities for internal system improvement
  • Work with cross-functional teams, like Marketing or Finance, to identify and implement new or enhanced processes for the Sales or Sales Operations team
  • Provide input on sales operations policies and procedures based on sales feedback, ticket volume, and ticket type
  • Demonstrate empathic verbal and written communication
  • Organize multiple sets of numbers to calculate an outcome
  • Provide ad-hoc support & reports requested by other cross-functional teams

Skills Required:
  • High school diploma/GED required
  • Associate Degree in Business or related field preferred
  • 1-2 years experience in a fast-paced technology company with knowledge of Finance and/or Marketing processes related to Sales is preferred
  • Partner/Channel relations experience is preferred but not required
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Great customer service skills Sales-oriented Sales-centric Sales-friendly
  • Is detail-oriented and has an inquisitive nature which helps with troubleshooting
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company's success
  • Analytical, Creative Problem-solver, Team Player, has reliable business decision-making

  • Has technical proficiency in these systems is preferred - SalesForce, ticketing systems, marketing automation Tools, Excel and other MS Office Suite programs

  • Embraces change, nimble to support new initiatives that the business gives
  • Ability to work flexible hours, in-office
