Job Description



The Sales Executive is mainly responsible for the generation of business leads and the creation of new business opportunities within the market.

Responsibilities
    • Generate leads and create new business opportunities within the market.
    • Evaluate shippers needs, note their pain points, and demonstrate how Ninja Van can help solve them.
    • Do daily sales calls and sales reports, as may be required by management.
    • Accountable for the team's performance and growth. Getting the sale by presenting, promoting, and selling products/services using solid arguments to existing and/or prospective customers.
    • Activate shippers to start shipment, assist through first successful order creation.
    • Build and establish strong relationships and rapport with the clients, and providing support and act as a link between the client and Ninja Van.
    • Provide timely and responsive feedback to management on sales performance, market insights, and any issues from the first contact with clients to full onboarding of clients.
    • Report customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services to the line manager.
    • May conduct research, compile gathered data, and prepare reports for consideration and presentation as requested by supervisors.


Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing Management, Commerce, or any business related course.
    • Analytical skills, marketing skills, excellent interpersonal skills.
    • Advanced communication skills, proficient in Filipino and English
    • Proficient in MS Office and/or Google Suite.
    • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field specifically in Account Management, Stakeholder Management, Client Coordination.
    • Hands-on field sales experience with a proven track record in reaching and exceeding goals.
    • Knowledge in e-commerce and/or social commerce.
    • Willing to be assigned in Makati City.
