Job Description

We are looking for a marketing/sales graduate who is technology savvy, numerate, accurate, articulate and interested in moving their career into marketing/ sales role. The prime purpose of this job is to support marketing to accelerate lead gen for the business.
Lead Generation Campaign Management
  • Build and execute end-to-end B2B campaigns (5-6 campaigns per month) on HubSpot to drive inbound marketing leads.
  • Become an internal HubSpot champion and work with external agency.
  • Campaign measurement – development and communication of campaign metrics, lead gen dashboards, monitoring and making adjustments as required.

HubSpot Database Management
  • The candidate should understand the fundamentals of database management and the principles behind segmenting and targeting data.
  • They should be familiar with working with a CRM database preferably SalesForce. They should also be able to produce search criteria for data extrapolation.
  • To monitor our inhouse CRM database and carry out cleansing activities in collaboration with regional sales team to ensure that we have accurate information for every contact in the database.
Third Party Partners & Suppliers Management
  • Coordinate and with different third-party suppliers such as working relationships with graphic designers, printers, marketing agencies and event organizers to support lead gen activities.
Events support
  • Events logistic support (e.g. clients events, Christmas party, internal staff quarterly events).
  • Preparation of marketing collateral and merchandise to ship to event venues.
  • Arranging all staff travel including flights, hotels and taxis.
  • Source venue, accommodation and co-ordinate travel arrangements.
  • Collate delegate list and circulate to internal stakeholders.
  • Source marketing promotional giveaways.

Website
  • Work on WordPress (CMS system- of course we can provide training on this) and external web agency to keep the website up to date to drive more traffic and ultimately generate more inbound leads.
