-Provide troubleshooting assistance for inbound prospects, existing customers, and internal Groworx teams
-Provide data and guides to help the sales team
-Develop and monitor performance indicators
-Keep records of sales trends
-Liaise with team heads to develop specific sales strategies
-Stay up-to-date with new product and feature launches
-Review pending orders and specific customers requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience
-Suggest sales process improvements
-Discover selling opportunities to inbound prospects
-Compile daily lists of leads and delegate individual leads to sales team associates
-Maintain an organized and accessible file system for administrative and sales professionals
-Handle administrative duties for the organization and scheduling of client meetings and conferences
-Follow up and update customers on the status of the reported incident
-Provide administrative assistance to executives and management team members as required
-Perform data entry duties with regard to sales figures, metrics, and other key data
-Create and process sales orders in a timely fashion
-Report unusual activities to supervisors
-Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
-BS degree in Marketing or associates degree in relevant field is a plus
-Proven work experience as a Sales and Support Specialist
-Hands on experience selling and troubleshooting complex ERP and CRM systems
-In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
-Excellent communication skills
-Analytical and multitasking skills
-Teamwork and motivational skills
