Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Resolve customer issues
  • Provide assistance to the President
  • Training staff to deliver a high standard of customer service.
  • Handling customer complains
  • Communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email, and face to face.
  • Contract management
  • Keep accurate record of relevant documents
  • Maintain and expand client database.
  • Prepare proposals requirements and contracts.
  • Monitor and handles existing contracts.
  • Achieve the target occupancy rate set by the management.
  • Answer inquiry by email, telephone, and face to face.
  • Make marketing research.
  • Arrange the viewing for potential client.
  • Maintain and expand client database.

  • Graduate of any bachelor's degree
  • At least 3-4 years experiences in sales
  • With work experience as a sales in rental office
  • With Leadership and Good Communication skills
  • Willing to work in BGC, Taguig

Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday 9:00 am- 6:00pm

The company operates a wide range of businesses, including operating shared and rental offices. In the Philippines, their main business is to operate a  rental office, but they plan to promote the co-working space business in the future.
